  • Right Here Brighton and Hove is promoting young people’s mental and emotional wellbeing through a regular programme of activities, including rock climbing, music production, anger management and yoga and relaxation. Stand-alone activities, such as LGBT rock climbing, were commissioned to take place during Brighton Pride week in August 2011.

  • Launch of the Take Notice photo competition which encourages young people to photograph the things around them that they may otherwise miss in their busy day-to-day life. The competition culminated with a celebratory event at Brighton Youth Centre on World Mental Health Day, where the images were displayed and members of the public were able to vote for their favourites.  The top three entries each won a prize and will be exhibited at a number of venues across the city.
