The Steering Group ensures Right Here is going in the right direction.
The group is chaired by Baroness Molly Meacher, Chair of the East London and NHS Foundation Trust and a crossbench member of the House of Lords. Other members include young people, staff and trustees from both Foundations.

We have a national youth panel that meets several times a year to help steer the project and ensure it matches young people's needs. There is also a virtual young person's group that shares ideas on an ongoing basis. Both are made up of 16 - 25 year olds from across the UK. Four young people from the Right Here Youth Panel also sit on the Right Here Steering Group.

The Tavistock Institute is evaluating the project over the 5-year period, working closely with each of the projecst and the programme team.
The Institute for Voluntary Action Research is undertaking an evaluation of the Right Here partnership between the two foundations, how we involve young people and our partnership with the projects.

The Right Here consultants bring specialist knowledge and experience of issues affecting young people and of strategic, and project, planning and delivery. The consultants work with the projects to support the development and implementation of their plans and to facilitate action learning.

This team is headed up by the Right Here Project Manager (Susan Blishen from Paul Hamlyn Foundation) and the initial point of contact is our Right Here Project Co-ordinator. The rest of the team includes staff with particular expertise from across the Mental Health Foundation.
Each of the four projects involves a partnership of voluntary and statutory organisations, bringing together those with specialist skills in direct work with young people – particularly those most excluded and at risk of developing mental health problems – with statutory mental health and other services.
